Just heard about them this morning! Stopped on our way back out of town. Got 4 to go and they are great! Love the layers inside and the toppings are amazing!

I love their doughnuts but I wish they would look at what they’re doing when they’re making the doughnuts. People order the type of donuts because of what’s on top of it. In my pictures below the chocolate carnival there’s only half covered with the sprinkles and I like sprinkles that’s why I ordered itand the other donut is the blueberry pistachio and I noticed that it only had pistachios on half of it so I asked If they could put some more pistachios on the half that didn’t have any so they did. Had I noticed that chocolate carnival was only covered half with sprinkles I would have asked for more sprinkles, but I shouldn’t have to. They should make them right in the first place and the ones that I could see in the case or were covered, but then they gave me these that were half covered. I decided to try one of their savory hot donuts and chose the pig and fig and It looked good, but when I bit into it, the bottom was overdone and tasted burnt. It’s all dark brown and has a burnt taste to it. Some of the top even is overcooked. And the time before, and when I went to the drive-through, I got home with the donuts and the pistachio honey one was all sunken in. I don’t know what happ

Myaa…. You deserve a gold metal. I called this location yesterday to ask if they could do me a special favor for a friend of mine who was driving 2 hours just to get these amazing treats from our closest Parlor Doughnuts location. She just had a baby, and I asked Myaa if they could make her a special pink donut to surprise her. I was expecting the person on the phone to toss me aside - special requests these days and amazing customer service you just don’t hear of. Myaa was so happy to agree to this, and she promised me she would take great care of my request. An hour later my friend arrived and I received a picture of her special donut, she told me shed a tear .. Myaa even included a handwritten note!! Thank you to an amazing employee (and I think her co workers helped as well) for a special little experience for my friend. We love Parlor Doughnuts and Closing shift lead, Myaa!!! Give the girl a bonus <3

Very tasty doughnuts. May be the best in town. Price is not too bad. Service could use some work as workers seemed to be rushing me when i was the only customer in line but they explained they have a large order to fill (looks to be for pick up). Not sure how rushing customer's that would politely wait their turn and is in no rush at all would help. But overall enjoyed the baked goods including their limited time savory dish for resturaunt week.

Wow. Best doughnut ever. I thoroughly enjoyed the cinnamon roll and the peanut butter cup. If you buy a dozen, which we did, you save about a dollar a doughnut. Do yourself a favor. But a dozen and share the rest with your family, friends, or even workmates. They will love you for it. 🥰 Side note. One of our party also ordered the breakfast tacos and they were delicious too.
